Approachable, helpful reception. 1st as soon as one enters the practice was really nice. Although it's a busy practice waiting time was reasonable. Good communication with medical staff in key to making chronic illness bearable.

Doctor listened to what I had to say. Answered my questions sensibly. Help of doctors and nurses had a little more time.
